I think the theory that Iroh (II) has genes from Aang, Katara, Mai and Zuko is becoming more likely. People have been saying that this is Zuko’s grandson (very likely) and that Bumi (Kataang oldest son) and Zuko’s daughter (the now present Firelord) is his mother. Total speculation, but I would not be surprised if Iroh (II) calls Tenzin ‘uncle’ in the next episode.
